impending lease negotiations..Brown wants the team to stay in Cincinnati and kept in the family...Joe Burrows input etc... .......... just maybe some changes will be made again..keeping tee Higgins or not..until the organization makes some definitive changes in scouting and player development..we will always be close but no cigar..I would not keep Higgins simply for the fact that he has chronic tendionapthy and its not going to get any better
