Depends on if this now means nobody on the coaching staff is getting fired and nothing of any substance is going to change or get fixed. After all, they had a winning record and if they miss out on the playoffs it'll be just "barely" so why change what is working or nearly worked.
Wasn't cheering for them to lose out, but I also acknowledge that the Bengals FO probably aren't going to do anything now.
