This year was just an aberration for him healthwise and I doubt he's able to start more than 8 games in a season ever again.
You misspelled Higgins
In all seriousness, Burrow has missed a total of 13 games in his 5-year career.
He's played a full season in 3 of the 5.
He's had just 2 big injuries in the past 5 years - torn ACL/MCL in 2020 (which doesn't seem to impede him 4+ years later) and his wrist in 2023.
I do think the Bengals know the IOL was a problem this season, expecting Volson to take the next step and Cappa to perform like he did a few years ago.
However, it didn't happen and it's time to get at least one new IOL in.
I think if anything, it will be Volson replaced because they already sent him to the bench this past season late in the season for Cody Ford of all people.
I hope they add two new IOL starters but I'd at least be somewhat happy with just one.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. Ended 9-8 but barely missed playoffs
Changes needed to do better in Sept/Oct moving forward.
