For Me: We have to cut some dead weight to get better. It's a fairly easy process for me, based on this year's results:

Cuts:

1) Rankins
2) Hubbard- or resign at a much cheaper rate.
3) Cappa
4) Moss

-these cuts alone add @ 30 million to the cap.

Resign:

1) TEE
2) Geisicki
3) Hilton
4) Ford
5) Ossai
6) Herbert

- all good role players, besides Tee who is a game changer. then draft heavily on the trenches and backfill with solid FA's (G, DE, DL)
