If we could get Ward for prospects rather than MLB players, I'm all for it. He is under team control for 2 years, so I like that it wouldn't be a rental trade. 

Profar I am a little nervous about. I think the reason he hasn't signed yet is because he's looking for a longer term contract to cash in on his 1 truly good year and teams aren't willing to give it to him. He had so much hype when he was first coming into the league (he was the #1 overall prospect in 2013, I believe) and never lived up to it until last season, so my concern is he gets a 3 or 4 year deal and just goes back to his ~90 OPS+ self of the previous 10 seasons. Then we'd just be stuck with a high price tag guy for 3 years haha.
