He is lower. I mean seriously, you have a guy who was 6th in the league in net yards/punt as the 32nd best player on the roster... How are you in the Top 20% of guys in the league at your position and not even Top 30 on your own team? I mean, you literally have Chuck Fizzle ahead of Jenkins...
The premise was best to worst. Potential plays a big role in the quality of a player. If you'd prefer, we can reframe it to "important" or "impact" players. Ryan Rehko is a great player, but he's also a punter. Much like you wouldn't draft a punter in the first round even if he's the best punter in the world, his positional value causes him to fall down the rankings.
Obviously, you're not a fan of my method of ranking players. You're free to create your list and we can discuss that, if you'd like.
