If it's "important" or "impact" players, shouldn't the guy that led the team in Interceptions and turnovers be higher than 38th?  

It just honestly feels like you threw the names out in the order you personally like them, then are rationalizing after the fact to justify their spots.  But the logic doesn't stay consistent and falls apart.  That's the issue.  Your methodology is inconsistent.
