But in the end, WELCOME GOLDEN.  I hope he can fix this lousy defense,  Get Burrow and Company back in Play-Offs and a run at Super Bowl. 

Some upsides to Golden.  He played and later coached under Joe Paterno, who was a Defensive Guru.   Golden being hired as Head Coach of Miami Hurricanes is impressive.  Golden has coached under Zac Taylor before in the Super Bowl year.  Golden being hired as D Coordinator by Notre Dame is impressive.
