They need to deal with this shit on an in-game basis. I absolutely despise seeing guys get fined mid-week for hits that weren't flagged during actual play. I don't give a shit about the offending player or his money. These guys are millionaires. The fines are negligible. I want the penalty yards and extended drives.

The "oops we messed up" stuff is more annoyance than vindication.
