Indeed. However, Tee is the proven player they have. He might not be the one they "need", but if he leaves, he creates another hole. I'd argue that it's a big one.
Who else are they going to pay? Joe, Tee, Chase, Trey are they only ones worth committing to. What do you think they will do with the money they save letting him go and how much do you trust them to get it right?
