Yes, votes for MVP must be submitted at the conclusion of the regular season. I listen to NFL Radio on Sirius XFM quite a bit, and I was listening to a couple of guy that are have votes expressing their opinion that team wins shouldn't be a consideration for MVP, but unfortunately team success does play a role in swaying some votes.
