Jackson is currently my G1 and I see him as a second rounder. 17 would be a reach. 49 would be about where I think he should go.
I think if he is the top guard in this draft yes, a bit of a reach, but not many guards have shown the ability to also play tackle.
If we use the logic he is at a reach at #17, would it be fair hoping the 38th pick falls to 49 is also not likely so we miss out on him.
2024 may go on record as one of most underperforming teams in Bengal history. Bengal's FO has major work to do on defensive side of the ball. I say tag and trade Tee Higgins in 2025 to start with the rebuild.
