2023 he barely played, got in a few times in 5 games, this year totally different he started 14 games and finished third on the team with 89 tackles. He added two interceptions, a fumble recovery, and five passes defended while playing the second-most snaps on the team's defense. Now I am not saying he should get the honor but what a comeback for a guy who almost died.
You boy - double secret, extra special, second comeback player of the year, the year after he already came back - Damar Hamlin.... Just posted a 3 game playoff PFF grade of 34. He was the 47th worst safety out of 49 who appeared in this years postseason. Yesterday, his grade was 22 - the worst player who played yesterday, between all 4 teams.
