It is, a player like Zach Baun goes from an okay player with the Saints to an All Pro with the Eagles in one year and a lot of it is scheme.
You never know if Geno Stone was just used wrong under Lou and we only saw something good late because he was getting used right.
At least Stone shown more than Rankins who shown nothing and needs to be shown the door because of it.

Talk is cheap alright. We won't know anything till next season when ball is actually being played. Until then, it is all fluff.
