I feel like for Tez Johnson, the Bengals would have to go heavy 11 personnel again to make it worthwhile, and Iosivas would likely end up being the one moved to Tee's spot.
If Higgins is back, is a slot receiver needing to be taken so early over, say, someone in the trenches or TE?
Bengals could use a TE somethin' fierce with only Sample, McLachlan, and Grandy under contract who are not injured.
