Cleveland is not trading Garrett within their own division much less to their in-state rival.
There is just no way they would trade him to Cincy (unless they got Burrow in the deal but that obviously ain’t happening)

Lets just be happy if he gets dealt out of the division - hopefully to an NFC team.
