ESPN has a stat called sacks created. It credits a player with a sack created if they are the first guy to beat their man and a sack results. It includes sacks you create for yourself and others.
Hendrickson led the league by a wide margin this year with 26. Nearly twice that of anyone else.
Going into week 17, he led the league in quick pressure rate (9.2%), was 2nd in QB knockdowns, and was 2nd in pass rush win rate. All this before the 3 5 sack game vs Pitt.

And, all this while being the only real pressure threat on the team and having next to no one create sacks for him.
