221 million in cap SPACE. The total cap is projected to be around 300 million (excluding any rollover). 

They'd have around 90 million to cover other spots that currently don't have a starter listed here:

Cap is projected to rise by about 20 million each year. You lock these guys in now and it'll be an afterthought in 3 years. Thats why they should have just done it with Higgins, Chase, etc. as soon as possible, but they are idiots. Lock up your stars ASAP.
