Reds starting pitching staff, is it enough?

My gut feeling is they might improve slightly this season, better manager and so on. But I just can't get on board (yet) that it's going to be big leap. We might get back to like 2023 area little above .500 - 82-84 win zone. Still just not enough to make post season.
