That's a bit harsh imo ; I don't think he is a bad player by any means but the scheme fit was a bit rough for him.
Playing that much single high for a guy with his athletic limitations was a poor use of his talent. If you draft a guy like Xavier Watts to pair with him on third downs then maybe you get the most out of him. Although, A guy like Anthony(to your point) could do that job at 9/10ths of the price of Stone!
