Except they've been trying to prepare for this for two years. Their answers?... Charlie Jones, Iosivas, and Jermaine Burton. They did it with Bates (Dax), Trey (Murphy) and Whit (Fisher, and Ced) too. They try to get in front of it, and fail. They can't evaluate talent, and they can't develop it.
