Simmons is elite and would pair nicely on the Dline with Trey, and is under contract for 23, 25, 28million for the next 3 years. Tee is reunited with Callahan who wants a #1 WR and is familiar with Tee. We then maybe rework Simmons contract for guaranteed money to lower the cap hits to @ 20 per season.
I would take the Simmons deal in a heatbeat if Tennessee were willing to make the trade.
