Several other NFL GMS will not care about his past injury history when it's time to cut a check. If it was that impactful on the situation, we wouldn't be sitting here worrying about him getting a minimum 26 mil on the tag. You are failing to see the forest for the trees.
If someone managed a company and an employee was up for eval that missed time, yet was still one of the most productive employees in the building when available, then you'd have to pay to retain that employee. You know why? Because someone else absolutely would if you didn't. Exceptions are made for proven talent all the time.

As to your situational comment about employee evaluations.... 2) If I had an employee, nurse , doctor, physical therapist, housekeeper etc, no matter how great they were.. if they missed as much time as Higgins...they would no longer be employed ..there would be no evaluation 3) No my friend you are failing to see the Forest..Tee Higgins staying or going will not solve the many problems our team has.. 4) because "WE" on this bengals blog are having discussions about Tee Higgins does not make it any more or any less meaningful 5) I would imgaine that there may be some GMS that will take a chance with higgins and I would also imagine that there are some that would not because of health concerns..See ya later ..
