Adams might be cheaper than Higgins, but more than Slayton. So, still get cheaper at the position, without the huge drop off.

The franchise QB needs all the firepower he can get when you can’t draft, develop and retain talent. How many times did the franchise QB come out on the wrong side, after scoring 30? The tee dilemma doesn’t exist today, as he is a top 4 player.

If duke, Zac and co can draft and develop players… then sure, I agree. If 24ppg would result in winning more often than not (chiefs), yep… tee is a luxury.
