Trevor Lawrence wants a reuinion with Tee from their days at Clemson!
Lawrence also makes note of how the state has no income tax, so that could help entice Tee.
They're obviously not going to give up their first round pick (#5), but Tee could be a big boost for their offense with Kirk being injured the past two seasons, Gabe Davis being a let-down and Parker Washington might not be anything special. I could see them giving up their second round pick or one of their two third round picks.
Giving Lawrence a weapon like Tee would make too much sense in keeping him happy and free up a lot of cash for us.
I know Burrow likes him, but bring in another talented receiver and I think Burrow would be ok with losing him if we gets a draft pick or two and cash to improve the line and defense.
I love the idea and I'd be on the phone with the Jags daily from now until draft day.

Quote:"T's awesome, we have a history for sure," Lawrence said. "No matter where he goes, obviously, I'd love to be throwing to him again. But no matter where he goes, he's going to be a star. He already is, and I know Cincinnati wants to keep him. So Joe's been putting the pressure on him over there.""I'm sure he's got the relationship with Joe, like, if everything goes well, I'm sure he wouldn't want to leave," Lawrence added. "But if that wasn't the case, I think I would definitely be up next as far as T in our relationship and what we've done in the past, and we played together for two years, had a lot of success in college, and we could, we could definitely do that again."
