Washington and Kansas City are probably the only two teams in position that can pull off the two first round picks for Tee but it's very unlikely to happen.

I wouldn't be surprised if Washington (pick #29), Tennessee (pick #35), New England (pick #38) call with multi-pick offers. Tee Higgins might be the Best Offensive player this entire off-season cycle.
