You just listed a 6th round, 7th round, and 2 UDFA bad players after asking a question of who Burrow elevated from AVERAGE to good. The key part of even your own question is they first have to be at least average, not practice squad fodder.
Heck, even your mention of AJ in Burrow's rookie season was a 32-year-old WR coming off missing the previous season and a half.
