It's really impossible to know the absolute truth, as the Bengals are so secretive about every littlest thing they do. Yeah, we occasionally hear a little tidbit about what actually transpired in the war room, several years down the line.
if the bengals had a good scouting department...all these conversations that we be having ..well they would not exist..its not the players , the coaches, salaries etc...its talent evaluation..and aside from cant miss picks like Burrow and Chase...the bengals are pretty bad
