That's the way I tend to see it as well. Their scouting department is not very good. You cant expect your OC and DC to coach the players all week, get a gameplan together for all the teams, go through an entire NFL season then say to them by the way we need you watch all these college kids throughout the season, watch film on them and tell us which guys we should pick. That is asking way too much of your coaching staff when a real NFL scouting department should be performing most of that.
