Long way to go to see the increase in cap space has for us and others. I am not sure Dallas and KC would have not tagged them regardless of increase in cap. I also don't think Bengals would have gone after either one of them.
I agree with you on Smith but Osa would have been a perfect fit for us and 21 million would have been a steal at that price.
