One thing to note about Sanders going to Denver, he had ridiculous target share that he previously didn’t see in Pitt… but he did it.
You can go look at almost (emphasis on almost) every FA WR over the last half dozen years and it would be hard to find a successful story where they outpaced previous career production, by any significant margin.
He also wasn't a slouch in Pittsburgh. It seems like that was more about opportunity. Wasn't he on the AB and Mike Wallace teams? There's been nobody in Slayton 's way.
