Guard in the first round?

Guard in the 2nd round seems more likely than in the first, would love Donavan Jackson, but expect him to go before 49.

Wanting Skattebo the RB out of Arizona State in the mid rounds, think he fits just what we need.

I’m not sure who but it seems like they are very interested in edge like they were OT last year. I think it’s likely the pick this year. Could be Grant too but I think DT is the most important piece on defense and if you look at nfl.com’s list of top free agents there are a ton of DTs on that list. If it were me I’d sign their top option for DT in FA and solidify the interior before the draft.

I think Grant could very well be there when they pick and they are looking at him or a few edge players, and I’m still not ruling out guard either because of the grades of picks 14-40 or so being very similar. I don’t think the top 2 DTs are there when they pick so edge seems most likely.
