It's in Ohio County, though, which is Indiana.
I was confused, too, but I think I saw something where it said it was originally part of Ohio and then switched to Indiana. It's just on the other side of the Ohio River, which I don't know why it would have ever been considered part of Ohio.
Regardless, I'm still pretty excited.
