That's a given Frank. Tee Higgins is a top 20 NFL Wide Receiver and is obviously comfortable with the system, the QB, and last but not least the other star receiver. Now if they can't come to an contract agreement the Raiders offer the best trade chance + potential value with pick #37. Michael Mayer would just be the extra late round value thrown in.
