The health part is my issue. AND if you look at a guy like AJ Green, he was amazing for his rookie contract. Then after that was up, his numbers largely fell off and he was hurt more.

I wonder that Higgins gets injured more as he ages, although he's still really young.

That said, I probably keep him unless he asks for some outrageous salary.

I'd also field calls on a trade. IF I could get a 1st Round pick, I'd consider that too.

It's basically:

1 ) Higgins at 28 Million a year

Or )

2 ) Draft pick from trade. Spend $28 million elsewhere.

You could in theory make the team better with door 2. But, Bates left and they used that salary elsewhere and got worse. Same with Reader. So I think taking the proven performer here is better route.
