Bengals are nowhere close to deals with Trey, Tee or Ja'Marr

Once free agency begins, Tee and his agent are free to talk to any team they want.  It doesnt matter what the Bengals say.  Tee could get an indication of his value from talking to other teams and bring that to the Bengals management.
