I don't see Trey sitting out regardless. He is getting up in age and time is running out if he wants to get the big money and a SB win.
I think if we don't get some great offer for him, he will be back and sign his offer which is a lot more than he has coming this year
without signing it.
If Trey sits out he could lose about 1 million per game. He would never recoup the lost income. i agree, Trey will not sit out in 2025 and if here on same contract has no choice but to give 100%, he is playing again for a new contract.
A team will have to offer a ton in draft capital as his 16 million base is very low for the sack leader in the NFL. Bengals will have to be motivated to give up their best defensive player. If not a great offer, I thin Bengals so no and Trey plays for us in 2025.
