Tyliek Williams has shown some of that but that OSU DL was awesome vs the run. And while Williams looked good moving at the combine his 32 inch arms are kinda meh.
Yes a NT has to do his primary job of stopping the run but you find a NT that can do that in later RDs(Jamaree Caldwell from Oregon fits that bill). Finding ones that can rush the passer = to stopping the run are hard to fine and are usually top 15 picks.
