It’s always about the money. Very few players win a ring, and players know that. Show up, ball out, get paid. It’s the name of the game. It’s truly only us fans that care about winning a championship. If you asked owners would you rather win a championship or have record profits, they’re all choosing record profits. At the end of the day, this is just a game where winning doesn’t truly matter. It’s a business that’s making money. Even if I’m wrong, no one cares, and I mean no one, cares as much as us fans who watch every single Sunday.
