Well Cleveland's not that far away and they seem to spend in the manner you prefer. 

We don't even know if Chase wants to sign yet. Remember last year when he said he wanted to wait until Jefferson signed so he could be the highest paid WR? Tobin asserted we're going to make him the highest paid non-QB this off-season, if you were Chase wouldn't you want to see how high the bar goes? 

If I were him I'd be interested to see where the 2nd most talented player in his draft (Micah Parsons) sets the bar
