They were $22M over the cap and restructured Watson's deal to gain $36M of cap space. The net is about $13M under the cap now.
I assume they will kick the can down the road with Garret's contract and keep being Browns.
This is a bad move for them and the rest of the league - especially us with Trey and Steelers with Watt.
No telling how much this will escalate Tackle salaries.
