All I know is he was good in the Taylor Burrow offense. We have Chase Brown, but bringing back Perine who has muscles on top of muscles is a whole different type of power back Bengals also need.
RB Samaje Perine: Signing a two-year deal worth up to $3.8 million. (Mike Garafolo)
WR Tee Higgins: Received the non-exclusive franchise tag for the second straight year, which will pay Higgins $26.2 million for the 2025 season. The Bengals said they intend to work with the sixth-year pro toward a long-term deal this offseason.
TE Mike Gesicki: Re-signed on a three-year deal worth $25.5 million with $12 million in Year 1. (Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo)
TE Tanner Hudson: Re-signed on a one-year contract. (Team)
OL Cody Ford: Re-signed to a two-year contract. (Mike Garafolo)
Edge Joseph Ossai: Re-signing on a one-year deal worth $7 million. (Ian Rapoport)
DL B.J. Hill: Returning on a three-year, $33 million contract. (Ian Rapoport)
DL T.J. Slaton: Agreed to a two-year, $15.1 million deal. (Tom Pelissero)
LB Oren Burks: Agreed to a two-year, $5 million contract. (Ian Rapoport)
LS Cal Adomitis: Signed a one-year extension. (Team)
I've also posted that I like Gesicki back, He is like Hurst was, in that he jumps, and fights, and claws for 1st down, carrying players on his back. A Bread and Butter play, good hands TE Burrow can count on.
