Trey is 31. You might want to avoid a long term deal there. He and his agent know it. That is why they are starting to say pay me or trade me.
Not to mention that they wilfully signed the current deal that he is playing out. Trey got a shit ton of sacks over the past two seasons... Awesome, love to keep you around and keep that rolling. I just don't want to risk paying 32 million to a 33 year old who is now starting to break down, and is now getting 6 sacks, and still a liability against the run. I'd give him one year, fully guaranteed of his asking price. Take it or get tagged next year.
