It is a terrible idea but so too is trying to hold your team ransom on contract negotiations when they need money to sign other guys. Chase should be paid very well for what he brings to the table but if he gets too demanding the Bengals have options moving forward. Be fair, dont be greedy or you risk forcing that type of situation.
