But clearly he has a choice to not sign until the end of the preseason and he still wouldn't lose any game checks.

I don't want to keeo going back and forth, but Tee has to sign by July 15th or it becomes automatic anyway and report to camp which starts normally the end of July.

Players do not get game checks until the regular season starts.
