Trade Tee Higgins.
It would be risky as he has been injury prone the past couple of years.
The thought would be to use the high draft pick (1st or 2n round) to draft Tee's eventual replacement. It would give us the cap space also to add a guard and a vet proven pass rusher.
If not Kupp, Diggs and Cooper are also available,
