The Tee cap money could net the Bengals two top end guards, like Becton and Jenkins (like Zeitler, but apparently the wife is not fond of the queen city), re-sign Mike Hilton, and still have a nice chunk of change left in the pocket, not to mention the draft pick(s) and/or player that would come along with the trade.
Flip side, Joe wants Higgins here, so he's likely getting re-signed.
May be for the best, as I doubt the Bengals would make the right moves with the extra money.
