Tee's agent hasn't said shit and he's still in the exact same situation of the Bengals having higher demands for a player than they're willing to pay them.

Suppose the Bengals had in mind giving him a modest $10M bonus for outplaying his contract, maybe the agent said "F that, allow him to seek a trade, I can get him what he wants and you what you want".
