Say we have $23 million cap space. They budget probably $5-7 million for draft picks. Another few million for injuries.

They still need a S, a Guard, probably a CB, and some then the extension talk.

That is not the cost for picks. The cap already has 51 figured in. Picks will only add to the cap to the extent they are more expensive than the guy they dispace from the roster, or are #52 & #53. 

The only pick that will potentially cost us any significant cap space is the #1, and that is a net of like $2 mil, if he displaces a vet/min type. If he allows us to waive a more costly guy (Volson, Stone, Pratt  etc) we will save.
