Depends on the FA. 

Yeah, we have $20 mil. $23 if we cut Moss. 

But: 
1) Subtract $3-$4 mil for the PS 
2) Count #52 and #53 ($2+ mil) 
3) Count the cost of the #1 pick over the guy he displaces ($2 mil)
4) Count the cost of guys who are on IR (All at the moment, but that will grow). 

That is $8-$9 mil right there. And we never spend right to the cap, because the IR list will grow and we will need to sign replacements, and we will want a cushion. 

So, yeah, $20 mil for offseason figuring. But if you count what that will actually be come regular, it is more like $11-12. Or less.
